How do I sign up?
To get started, visit the link above to set up a log in. You can also create an account through our Sahm’s Hospitality Group smartphone application. After submitting, you will receive a verification email. Click the activation button and you’re good to go! Update: accounts must now be verified before accessing.
My phone number is already in use.
It’s likely that you already have an account with us under an old email address. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to have your email updated.
How do I earn points on purchases?
You’ll be prompted to sign into your account when ordering online. If dining in, provide your email or phone number to your server when settling your bill. We can also scan our phone app. Points may take up to 24 hours to process.
What rewards can I earn?
Every dollar spent equals 1 reward point. Points are calculated from pre-tax subtotals.
Save to 150 points to unlock a $10 off coupon, or keep saving to 500 for $35 off.
There’s even a 1,000 point $80 off tier for the overachievers!
I forgot to mention I’m a member before paying. How do I add a receipt?
Once payment is processed, there is no way to enter receipts into your account. Fear not, we can help! Email email@example.com with the location you visited, date of your visit, and check number and we will adjust your balance.
How do I reset my password?
Click the link below to be directed to our online ordering page. In the upper right hand corner, click “Login,” and then select “Login” again. Below the username and password fields there is a “Forgot Password” link.
Can I earn points without your smartphone app?
We highly recommend checking out our app to see what it has to offer, but you can earn points and redeem rewards as long as you’ve created an account. Your account information is accessible from any of our online ordering pages.
