A Fishers and Indiana institution now in its 25th year, owner Ed Sahm’s flagship restaurant is better than ever. Since opening in 1986, we have concentrated on offering straightforward, simple, fresh food. We bake all of our breads and desserts, make all of our own soups and sauces, buy produce from our local source, and prepare the best meats and seafood to order. It makes a difference. Combine that with a service staff and kitchen that has as many as 25 years experience with us, and you can't go wrong.
We recently moved our restaurant across Allisonville Road, switching spaces with CVS. Our beautiful new building is now 100% smoke free, and our bar is something to see. Great music and sports, food, drinks, and service are our trademarks.
We are a proud original member of Fishers, and have contributed to the local community for the past 25 years. Ed Sahm, was presented with a key to the Town in 1995 and has gladly given of his time and treasure to such local groups as the YMCA, St. Louis De Montfort, Dollars for Scholars, Prevail, the Fishers Freedom Festival, local churches, and several Hamilton Southeastern school organizations.
