This downtown eatery specializes in fast business breakfasts and lunches, and also offers catering and meeting space. Sahm’s at the Plaza offers two different eating areas: The café side features a quick-service order counter, and the fine dining side offers casual sit-down lunch service. Both sides offer tried-and-true Sahm’s favorites, daily specials, and lo-carb menu items.
Sahm’s at the Plaza offers full-service off-site catering to the downtown area. A wide variety of delicious menu packages are available, and each of them can be customized to suit your organization’s needs. Don’t forget the on-site conference center for your next meeting. The space can be used as one room or subdivided in two separate rooms with a soundproof partition. The larger room seats 60 and the each of the smaller rooms seat 32. This room has many complimentary features that can be used to enhance your business meeting.

Larger Room Size: 39’ x 25’ Seats 60 people with tables.
Small Room Size: 25’ x 22 ½’ Seats 32 people with tables.
The conference center can be used as one room or divided in two separate conference rooms by way of a manually operated soundproof partition.
Ceilings are 14’ high. Conference rooms have two different lighting options: 2’ x 2’ fluorescent lights and several can spot lights. Both are ceiling installed. There are several wall electrical outlets and two floor outlets. All windows can be darkened via individually manual operated mini-blinds.

All items listed below are complimentary and can be included with each room reservation:
- 50 training-style wood top tables (5’ x 20”).
- 65 fabric chairs (additional chairs are available at no cost).
- Ceiling-mounted Panasonic LCD projector w/ remote.
- Ten ceiling-mounted speakers.
- One draper access screen in ceiling.
- Two computer interface locations in wall to project.
- Two microphone options (one hand held and one wireless).
- Compact disc player (5 disc capacity).
- One wall mount interface location for CD and VCR players.
- Phone outlet available (No phone provided).
- One free standing podium.
Catering
All catering is professional handled by Sahm’s at the Plaza. Outside
caterers are not allowed, no exceptions. For menu, information and pricing;

Room Reservation Procedures
The Conference Center may be reserved by contacting Crown Properties at (317) 632-3565.
There is no room usage fee for corporate tenants of First Indiana Plaza. Reserving
the room for outside organizations or personal use is subject to a room usage
fee up to $200. Management reserves the right to restrict or deny such reservations. |
