Opened in February 2010, Sahm's, with managing partner Wil Pineda and staff, bring years of experience and dedication in serving the best in food and value to the One America Tower. With five operations within one, we offer a wide range of fresh made, ready to serve items that appeal to a broad range of tastes.

Our grill features breakfast in the morning, made to order omelets, eggs, pancakes, French toast, fresh biscuits and pastries, fresh fruits and oatmeal. The grill at lunch features a variety of sandwiches made on our fresh baked breads. Our deli and wrap station has over 25 sandwich combinations, all made to your specifications. Our home cooking station features fried and roasted chicken, pot roast, chicken and noodles, mashed potatoes, and steamed vegetables. Our Mexican station features burritos, tacos, Mexican gumbo, and daily specials. Our salad station, with over a dozen specialty salad offerings, has a wide selection of local produce, meats, cheeses, and house made dressings. We also have a variety of homemade soups, sides, and desserts to add to your list of choices. Our entire menu is available for inside dining or carryout.
