Since 1986, Sahm's Restaurant has offered the very best in food, service and value. Sahm's Restaurant is owned by Ed Sahm, a graduate of Cathedral High School in Indianapolis, and Purdue University's School of Restaurant & Hotel Management.

A lifelong resident of the Indianapolis area, Ed has eight brothers and sisters who, along with mother Reva, have given their time and talents to help make this restaurant a great place. Younger siblings Gracie and Michael have been on board since day one. Even brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts and cousins have been enlisted to help along the way.

The Sahm’s family of restaurants has long been supportive of the local community. A charity golf outing is held every summer to benefit a community organization, and many local schools count on Sahm's for generous participation in special events.
